Before the ceremony begins
Gates open and guests begin to arrive at the farm. Soft instrumental music is playing as loved ones mingle, explore the space, and say hello to our curious farm animals at the fence (they’re always hoping for treats ).

The bride arrives at the bridal studio to slip into her dress and take a quiet moment to breathe. I’ll be right there with you—capturing getting-ready photos, detail shots of your rings, bouquet, and all the little touches you’ve thoughtfully chosen.

Meanwhile, the groom will be out front with the officiant, greeting guests as they arrive and soaking in the excitement.

Step 01

Before the ceremony begins

01

Once all guests have arrived and you’re fully ready, guests are gently guided to the ceremony location. I’ll walk the wedding party to their starting spots and explain exactly what to do—where to stand, when to move, and how it will all unfold.

When everything is set, I’ll give you a thumbs-up. Your music is cued.

I’ll remind you to take a deep breath… and soak it all in.
Then you walk toward your person.
Your ceremony begins—and I document every moment.

Step 02

GETTING READY TO BEGIN

After you’re pronounced married, cheers erupt, music plays, and you walk back down the aisle together—hand in hand. I’ll guide you along and then tuck you away for a brief private moment to breathe, hug, and let it all sink in.

Next, we gather everyone for group photos. I’ll bring guests together and walk you front and center so we can document everyone who came to celebrate you.

We’ll move through any photo combinations you want—family, friends, chosen family, all of it. I’ll guide the process and happily take requests from loved ones.

Once photos wrap up, you’ll have time to soak up hugs, congratulations, and all the love.

Step 04

Photos with your people

When the energy naturally settles, we transition into the reception. This usually includes cake cutting, toasts, mingling, and candid moments throughout the evening. I’ll document it all and may even sneak you away for a few relaxed photos around the farm.

We typically end the reception with a first dance—a quiet, meaningful way to close your time here and be fully present together.
